U.S. Stocks Extend Loss as Euro Falls to Lowest Since October

Dec. 12 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. stocks extended losses as the euro fell below $1.32 for the first time since October.

The Standard & Poor’s 500 Index dropped 2.2 percent to 1,227.81 at 11:57 a.m. New York time.
