Dec. 12 (Bloomberg) -- AS Tallinna Vesi, Estonia’s biggest water utility, said the Tallinn Administrative Court plans to decide on Feb. 6 whether the competition watchdog’s ruling for temporary tariffs will be upheld.
The watchdog’s ruling that would impose a 29 percent cut in the company’s tariff mechanism will be suspended by the court until then, Tallinna Vesi said in a regulatory statement today.
