Imperial Tobacco Fine of $175 Million Set Aside, Lawyer Says

Dec. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Imperial Tobacco Group Plc had its 112 million-pound ($175 million) fine from the U.K. competition regulator over an alleged price-fixing cartel for cigarettes overturned on appeal, according to law firm Ashurst.
