Dec. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Banco de Bogota SA, Colombia’s second biggest bank, sold $600 million worth of five-year bonds in overseas markets today.
The lender sold the 5 percent dollar-denominated securities to yield 5.25 percent, according to a filing on the financial regulator’s website. Banco de Bogota, which had initially offered to sell $500 million worth of the bonds, said investor demand totaled more than $3.2 billion.
Citigroup Inc., HSBC and JPMorgan Chase & Co. managed the sale.
