Allianz in Talks to Buy EON Gas Network, Sueddeutsche Says

Dec. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Allianz SE is in talks to buy EON AG’s gas network, Sueddeutsche Zeitung reported, citing company officials.

Talks for the insurer’s Allianz Capital Partners unit to purchase the 12,000-kilometer network are well advanced, the newspaper said.
