Treasuries Fall as EU Leaders Agree on Plan for Fiscal Compact

Dec. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Treasuries fell as European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said a summit of European leaders laid the groundwork for a “good fiscal compact.”

The yield on the 10-year security rose two basis points to 1.99 percent.
