Mexican Oil Export Port of Coatzacoalcos Is Open, Ministry Says

Dec. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Mexico reopened an oil export terminal, Coatzacoalcos, in the Gulf of Mexico after weather conditions improved, the country’s Merchant Marine said today in a weather bulletin on its website.
