Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Greek Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos said a European Union summit this week must arrive at decisions that won’t create a “two-speed Europe”.

“We want decisions at the summit which won’t create a two- speed Europe,” Venizelos told lawmakers in Athens on comments televised live on state-run Vouli TV before a vote on the 2012 budget. “We want decisions which will secure the institutional equality of member states.”
