U.S. Solar Ruling Sends ‘Wrong Signal’ on Climate, Mofcom Says

Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- The preliminary ruling by a U.S. trade panel on solar panel imports from China may send the “wrong signal” on climate issues and clean energy to the rest of the world, Li Chenggang, director general of the treaty and law department of the Ministry of Commerce, said at a briefing in Beijing today.
