Mangalore Refinery Offers Oil Products for January Loading

Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd., a unit of India’s biggest explorer, offered to sell naphtha, jet fuel, diesel and fuel oil for loading in January, according to documents sent to potential buyers.
