Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Iraq’s cabinet today approved a spending plan of nearly $100 billion for 2012, state minister and government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said in Baghdad. The new budget is based on an oil price of $85 a barrel and production of 2.6 million barrels a day, Dabbagh said.
