Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) -- The Spanish People’s Party’s regional leaders agreed to draft spending-ceiling laws for regional governments, carry out an overhaul of public services and take measures to avoid overlap between administrations, Javier Arenas, the party’s leader in Andalucia said today.
Prime Minister-elect Mariano Rajoy, who takes over from the ruling Socialists on Dec. 22, met the party’s regional chiefs today in Madrid.
