December 01, 2011

Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Embraer SA, the world’s fourth- biggest airplane maker, expects little impact from possible jet returns by AMR Corp., which sought Chapter 11 protection from creditors earlier this week, Chief Financial Officer Paulo Penido said.

Embraer sees AMR returning “a fraction of a fraction” of the 216 planes made by the Brazilian company that it operates, said Penido at an event today in New York.
