Monti, IMF Official Didn’t Discuss Any Aid Plan, Grilli Says

Nov. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Deputy Finance Minister Vittorio Grilli said no aid plan was discussed today in talks between Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti and the European head of the International Monetary Fund.

Italy has asked the IMF to begin its monitoring mission in the country after the government presents its new budget measures on Dec. 5, Grilli also said at a news conference in Brussels today.
