Nov. 29 (Bloomberg) -- George Provopoulos, the head of the Greek central bank, said the economy’s contraction this year may be closer to 6 percent of GDP.
The shrinkage will be closer to 6 percent than 5.5 percent, maybe 5.8 percent, Provopoulos told lawmakers in Athens today.
