Nov. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Germany offered to provide aid to Pakistan in treating people wounded in a NATO airstrike along the Pakistani border.
German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle expressed his dismay over the incident in a telephone call with his Pakistan counterpart Hina Rabbani Khar, Westerwelle’s press office said in an e-mailed statement today.
