Nov. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Telekom Slovenije Group d.d. rose the most in a month in Ljubljana after the Slovenia’s state- owned phone company reported a surge in profit.
Telekom gained 2 euros, or 3.2 percent, to 64 euros at 11:54 a.m. in Ljubljana, the most since Oct. 19.
Yesterday, Telekom Slovenije announced net income surged to 37.7 million euros ($50 million) on cost savings after it incorporated its wireless unit Mobitel d.d. into the parent company. The company exceeded its full-year profit target of 28 million euros.
