Imax Signs Deal With Cineworld for New Theaters in England

Nov. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Imax Corp., the operator of large- screen theaters, signed a revenue-sharing deal with British chain Cineworld to open three new theaters.
The theaters will be installed in existing multiplexes in Edinburgh, Sheffield and Nottingham and will bring the number of Imax locations in the U.K. to 20, Imax said in an e-mailed statement today.
