U.K. Pub Industry Agrees Reforms With Government, BBPA Says

Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- The U.K. government and the pub industry agreed an industry code aimed at improving the relationship between pub companies and their licensees, the British Beer & Pub Association said.

The reforms are in response to a September report by a committee of lawmakers which said pub companies hadn’t shown a “commitment to reform,” the BBPA said today in an e-mailed statement.
