Tunisia Buys 50,000 Tons of Feed Barley From Cargill, Viterra

Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Tunisia bought 50,000 metric tons of feed barley in a tender yesterday for delivery between Jan. 1 and Jan. 20.

The state grains agency purchased a 25,000-ton cargo of barley at $269.89 a ton from Cargill Inc., Assia Boussena, an official at the agency, said by phone. It also bought another shipment of equal size at $269.75 a ton from Viterra. Both prices including the cost of freight, Boussena said.
