Surgutneftegas Said to Offer Urals Crude Oil From Novorossiysk

Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Surgutneftegas, a Russian oil producer, issued a tender to sell 140,000 metric tons of Urals crude for loading from the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk, according to two traders who participate in the market.

The cargo is for loading from Dec. 9 to Dec. 10, according to the people, who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak on the matter. The tender closes tomorrow.
