Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.K. regulator Ofcom said it has no current plans to impose minimum quality-of-service levels on Internet traffic. Ofcom said if Internet providers blocked or slowed competing services then it could revisit the issue. The regulator commented in an e-mailed statement today.
