China May Cut Reserve Ratio in January, ICBC’s Huang Says

Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- China’s central bank will likely cut the reserve requirement ratio in January, Huang Jifa, deputy general manager of the investment banking department at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd., said at a conference in Beijing today.

The move is necessary as financing for small and medium sized companies is very difficult, Huang said.
