Nov. 23 (Bloomberg) -- TenneT Holding BV said construction works of two platforms in Germany, BorWin beta and HelWin Alpha, are delayed and the original terms of the commissioning of these wind farms will probably not be met, it said in a statement today.

TenneT had told the German federal government that the construction of grid connections for offshore wind farms is no longer possible under current conditions, it said in today’s statement.
