Nov. 23 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Surgutneftegas, a Russian oil producer, issued a tender to sell 100,000 metric tons of Urals crude for loading from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk, according to two traders who participate in the market.
The cargo is for loading from Dec. 6 to Dec. 7, according to the people, who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak on the matter. The tender closes tomorrow.
