Nov. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Fitch Ratings, commenting on the Congressional supercommitte’s failure to reach an agreement on budget cuts, said it expects to conclude a review of the U.S. sovereign rating of AAA by the end of the month.

In August, the ratings agency said a lack of agreement at the committee would “likely” result in the revision of the rating outlook to negative.
