Nov. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Xstrata Plc said leaders from the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa will present a new wage offer to their striking members on Nov. 21.
Workers have been on strike since Oct. 24 at the company’s ferrochrome operations in Rustenburg, South Africa. Deliveries to clients haven’t been affected by the action, spokesman Songezo Zibi said by mobile phone today.
