Merkel Says ‘Every Day Counts’ on Fleshing Out Rescue Details

Nov. 18 (Bloomberg) -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that “every day counts” on fleshing out the detail of the euro-area rescue fund.

“A number of technical details” remain to be resolved to boost the effectiveness of the fund, Merkel told reporters iin Berlin today after talks with British Prime Minister David Cameron. These are necessary to regain confidence in the euuro “step by step,” she said.
