Harley-Davidson Recalls 8,723 Motorcycles in Japan

Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Harley-Davidson Inc. recalled 8,723 motorcycles in Japan because of a problem with the brake-light switches that could possibly cause the rear brakes to fail, according to a filing today with the nation’s transport ministry.
