China Should Work With IMF, Other Nations to Aid Europe, Li Says

November 17, 2011

Nov. 18 (Bloomberg) -- China should work with the International Monetary Fund and other nations to help Europe, Li Daokui, an adviser to the People’s Bank of China, said.

Europe needs a “workable plan” as a precondition for global aid. Chinese companies can help by making “good investments” there, which can also help ease domestic credit growth, said Li, who was speaking at a forum in Beijing.
