Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Bharat Petroleum Corp., India’s second-largest state-run oil refiner, issued a tender seeking to buy low-sulfur crude for loading in January, according to tender documents obtained by Bloomberg News.
Last month, the company bought 2 million barrels of Nigerian Agbami and 1 million barrels of Qua Iboe crude for loading in December.
