White Sugar Delivery for December Was 4,389 Lots, Liffe Says

Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- White sugar delivered into the expired December futures contract on NYSE Liffe in London totaled 4,389 lots, or 219,450 metric tons, according to data published on the exchange’s website today.

ED&F Man Commodity Advisers Ltd. received 4,175 contracts, or 208,750 tons, while Louis Dreyfus Commodities Suisse SA took delivery of 214 contracts, or 10,700 tons, exchange data show.

JP Morgan Securities Ltd. delivered 2,047 contracts, or 102,350 tons, while Sucden Financial Ltd’s delivery was 2,342 lots, or 117,100 tons, according to the data.

All the sugar delivered was from Guatemala and will load at the port of Puerto Quetzal.
