Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Time Inc., a unit of Time Warner Inc., will make five of its magazines available as digital subscriptions to owners of Amazon.com Inc.’s Kindle Fire tablet computer, spokesman Keith Cocozza said in an e-mail, confirming a report in the New York Post.
Subscribers of the Fortune, People, Real Simple, Sports Illustrated and Time magazines may pay one price and be able to access it in all formats, including on the Amazon tablet.
Amazon said Nov. 9 that applications, games, music and books from Netflix, Facebook, Twitter, Electronic Arts and Zynga among others will be available on the Kindle Fire, which it started selling on Nov. 14.
