Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Oceana Concentrated Opportunities Fund Ltd. sold 277,343 Axel Springer AG registered shares with restricted transferability at 33.2455 euros a piece on Nov. 11, Berlin-based Axel Springer said today in a statement.
