Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- The euro pared its declines against the dollar and the yen.
Europe’s common currency traded at $1.3532 at 8:47 a.m. London time, after being as low as $1.3429, the least since Oct. 10. The euro was 0.2 percent weaker at 104.11 yen, after declining earlier to 103.41.
