Port Authority to Reconsider Tower Plans After Vornado Pulls Out

Nov. 15 (Bloomberg) -- The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will reconsider plans to build a skyscraper over its midtown Manhattan bus terminal after developer Vornado Realty Trust said it can’t proceed with the project, said Patrick Foye, the authority’s executive director.
