Softbank’s Issuer Rating Raised to Investment Grade by Moody’s

Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Softbank Corp.’s issuer rating was raised to Baa3 from Ba2 by Moody’s Investors Service, which cited the refinaning of funds used for the acquisition of Vodafone Group Plc’s mobile phone business, according to a statement from the ratings company today.
The move raises Softbank’s credit rating to investment grade.
