Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) -- European Union leaderes need to come up with 1.5 trillion euros to successfully end the region’s debt crisis, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said.
“Europe today needs about 1.5 trillion euros to overcome the crisis,” he said today in Poznyakovo, near Moscow. “Italy on no account should be allowed to collapse. It simply would be a catastrophe,”
