Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy, Ukraine’s state energy company, paid about $1 billion to OAO Gazprom, Russia’s natural-gas export monopoly, for October imports of the fuel.
Ukraine is paying about $400 for each 1,000 cubic meters of gas imported in the fourth quarter, the company said today in an e-mailed statement.
