Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil producer, issued a tender to sell Urals crude from the Baltic Sea port of Ust-Luga for loading from Nov. 29 to Nov. 30, according to two traders who participate in the market.
The tender for 100,000 metric tons of Urals will be awarded Nov. 11, according to the people, who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak on the matter.
The cargo will be the first to load from the Baltic Pipeline System 2, or BTS-2, a loading program obtained by Bloomberg News shows.
