Commerce Department Opens Dumping Probe on China Solar Cells

Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Commerce Department opened an anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation of solar cells imported from China, acting on a petition from companies led by SolarWorld AG’s U.S. unit.
