France to Step Up Cuts in Health Spending, Social Benefits

Nov. 7 (Bloomberg) -- France will accelerate planned cuts to spending on healthcare and eliminate the adjustment of social benefits for inflation to help meet its deficit cuts, Prime Minister Francois Fillon said today in Paris.
