Entercom Radio Said to Seek $395 Million in Loans to Refinance

Nov. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Entercom Radio LLC, a radio broadcasting company, will host a lender meeting on Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. in New York to discuss $395 million in loans it’s seeking to refinance debt, according to a person with knowledge of the transaction.

Bank of America Corp., Credit Suisse Group AG and Morgan Stanley are arranging the financing that will include a $345 million term loan due in seven years and a $50 million revolving line of credit maturing in five years, said the person, who declined to be identified because the terms are private.
