Nov. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Europe should deliver a “workable” plan to deal with its debt crisis within six months, Chinese central bank adviser Li Daokui said at a conference in Beijing today.

It may take 3 years to resolve the crisis, Li said. The next six months is a “very critical” period, he said.
