Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- The shares of TVN SA fell 5.7 percent to 12 zloty as of 9 a.m. in Warsaw after Canal Plus of France agreed to buy a “significant minority” stake in N-Vision BV, which controls 51 percent shares of Poland’s largest television network.
