Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Greece won’t receive a “single cent” in aid without holding to the terms of its bailout agreement, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said.

“If rules are not respected, not a cent will be given,” Sarkozy told reporters today in Cannes, France.
