Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- The average price of polysilicon, the raw material for solar modules, fell 5.8 percent to $31.70 a kilogram from last week because of “inventory dumping” amid “continuously weak” demand, Taipei-based EnergyTrend said today.
Solar modules fell 6.8 percent to just below $1 per watt, and cell prices fell 1.8 percent to 56 cents, EnergyTrend said in an e-mailed statement.
