Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. tumbled the most in a month after the maker of measuring instruments for the semiconductor manufacturing industry reported a decline in third-quarter profit.
The shares retreated 4.8 percent, the most since Oct. 2, to 25.82 shekels at the 4:30 p.m. close in Tel Aviv. That gave the company a market value of 679 million shekels ($185 million).
Net income fell to $5.9 million from $7.3 million in the year-earlier period.
