Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- The average asking price for a house or apartment in Kenya fell 1 percent in the third quarter, compared with the previous three months, amid emerging “economic pressures,” Hass Consult Ltd. said.
The average price Kenyan home sellers asked for has increased 11 percent so far this year, according to the latest Hass Property Index announced by the Nairobi-based real-estate agency in Nairobi today.
