Chile Central Bank Was Unanimous on Oct. 13 Key Rate Decision

Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Chilean policy makers voted unanimously to keep the benchmark interest rate unchanged at 5.25 percent on Oct. 13, according to minutes of the meeting published today on the central bank website.

At 5.25 percent, borrowing costs in the world’s leading copper producer are at their highest rate since January 2009.
